Hari Mirch Jaipuri-Super Spicy
- VERY SPICY Indian Green chillies called Tatiya mirch are muddled with mustard and other aromatic spices and then pickled in Lemon Juice. An heirloom recipe revived from ancestral homes in Jaipur, this pickle is an all-time favourite of many.
Not many know that green chillies aid in digestion. They are rich in dietary fibre and very high in vitamin C both of which help in the digestion process. Also, foods that release saliva while chewing help in proper digestion of the food.
- Pink Himalayan Salt or Sendha namak is used.
- Very Minimal Oil is used
